Pizza Hut - Pizza restaurant in Secunderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

Location is easy, next to Spg grand hotel and besides McDonald's, service road kompally, from dulapally to suchitra junction, location is very cool to sit in, to see the both sides of the road, internal ambience also looks trendy, hygiene is not upto the mark, tables not clean, ventilation was not enough. My personal request to Pizza Hut to check the quantity of materials going on in pizza base, looks not enough or not as per standard. Yesterday had pizza n pasta with family, pizza was just like eating bread with cheese, very less toppings.

Worst delivery. Pizzas cam EXTREMELY cold and that too after more than 1hr 40min. Just two personal size pizzas to be delivered 5 mins away from the store. Call center also no help called four times waited on hold for more than 10mins and wasted almost 30 mins with call center itself.

had one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any restaurants and surprisingly its with a pizza hut which has in fact such an amazing chain of outlets. Me and my friends went for the unlimited pizza offer on fridays but the deal is so obnoxious. The call center has 0 information about its implementation and the branch managers are so unhelpful that its unthinkable. We visited both the outlets in Kompally, Hyderabad but both of them are way too underwhelming. The offer isnt there in the outlets even though the call center says there is. The call center tells me they will give me a callback but I never receive anything from anyone after I cut the call, if the offer is implemented in the store then they take way too much time to prepare the dough and the pizzas. The customer relations of pizza hut was shown to me yesterday and I think this settles the debate of which is the worst pizza outlet chains in India for me And the two girls are talking so vulgarly he don't know how to give the respect people at Kompally branch

Today, I ordered the Super Saver Meal Combo at 20:50, with an estimated delivery time of around 21:24. However, I received a call from the outlet at 21:14, just minutes before the estimated delivery time, informing me that the pizza I had ordered was out of stock. They offered to substitute it with a hand-tossed pizza at the same price, but the delivery would take an additional 30 minutes. I was really disappointed with this last-minute change, especially when I questioned why they couldn't fulfill the original order and was told that they had just received it and their minimum delivery time was 30 minutes. As a hungry customer, this situation left me frustrated and inconvenienced. While I appreciated their effort to provide a substitute, the communication and timing of this change were quite frustrating, especially after a long wait. I hope they can improve their order management and communication to avoid such situations in the future.

I had ordered food from Zomato. I had pathetic service received from Pizza hut. Found ant inside food. Wrong product was delivered. Pizza had no cheese. Delivery was delayed due to pizza hut. When asked for refund, only 127 refunded out of 548 rupees food. Poor service and poor quality.

One of the worst possible experiences at a pizza hut. Staff didn't know how to process a credit card transaction. We were told that few ingredients on the pizza were not available after we've made the payment. Overall, bad.

They act like you're trying to steal the Mona Lisa when you ask for seconds. To make matters worse, their AC is about as effective as a chocolate teapot . It's a hot mess in there! The location is quite convenient, right next to the SPG Grand Hotel and beside McDonald's on the service road in Kompally. It's a great spot to sit and enjoy the view of both sides of the road . Furthermore, the air conditioning system doesn't appear to be functioning properly, which can be quite uncomfortable during your visit . It might be a good idea for Pizza Hut to address these concerns to enhance the overall dining experience for customers

This pizza hut (Worst experience ), I actually kept my scooty in the parking slot with the permission of security and we went out , we came back in 30 min and this is the situation of my vechile ! This happened actually because of the heat generated from that pipe and which we don't have any idea and the Pizza Hut people were very rude towards us and there r not calling out there manager ;there was no specific board regarding the parking and the AC heat !!SPG grand whole staff has came out and saw the conditions of our vechile but they couldn't help us out as there is no mistake from their side ,When we ask to Pizza Hut staff,there was no proper response and they are against to us !! So guys if ur in this place and if suppose this happens to you please be against them because it's their responsibility and they need to give awareness , if there is a person in place of my vechile , the human wil be burnt....no one helped us out ...
