I have visited the pizza hut today. I always had very bad experience here. Employees are not wearing mask. And i have to say the washroom is in awful condition. Floor was not cleaned. And most of the table is not cleaned. When i talked to the manager he says ' we clean the washroom but i have images , this kind of unhygienic factors are not expected from the well known brand. Apart from that he is very rude and didn't adress the complaint . I also saw the employees friends are in kitchen , which was really shocking. The outlet is bhawarkuan near apple hospital. You should really look after this outlet. I have back to back bad experience here.
I had my order refunded through swiggy because there eas too little cheese on my pizza. Think about it. Pizza without cheese. This one neeeds to just close.
Not required to tell anything service, quality, prize if I spent 314 any locally cafe or any stall definitely I got better test quality
The worst pizza.... There were no cheese on my pizza only veggies and 2 or 3 pcs of paneer that's it .
Food taste is good , but staff behavior is mot so friendly and helpful ... even normal drinking water is not available as you can see in picture and they denied saying you can buy bottled water if you want .... Edit : they filled the can after 30 mins
