This Pizza Hut is in prime location in Basaveshwaranagar . We have been at lunch time. It's not too crowded. We can walk in or go by ride. Better not to go by four wheeler, we might end up for searching parking ambiance hygiene spacious taste OK dead slow service staff are loud and shout each other Overall it's okay experience but not an awesome experience

The service and Atmosphere is very worst. The place is untidy. The AC will be kept off and main door open where the dust from roads enters directly u can see the spider webs all over the lights the seats are not maintained well.
One of the best customer backward behaviour I noticed in a long time. The team make sure to deliver pipping hot, delicious pizzas to hospete railway station in record time despite swiggy delivery guys being unavailable. Great variety of food and quality of food is also good. Staff did not provide receipt and could not mention the proper reason. Had to report the issue and Dominos customer care (Wasim) promptly provided receipt after couple of weeks.
