Couldn't order desired food and beverages due to unavailability of certain items in the kitchen. Staff is polite and attentive but number of staff members is not sufficient and couldn't even cater the needs of two tables simultaneously. I highly recommend increasing the number of staff members. The only take away is the good atmosphere.
Great taste.... You can find pizza anywhere but the taste of Pizza hut is the real taste of pizza... Staff behavior is also very nice. Cleanliness and hygiene is good. Deducting one star because there was no online payment method other than Phone Pay.... May be due to technical problem. But overall experience is very good. Love to go there again..... But at this time I'll cary more payment options... Because they don't accept online payment other than Phone Pay.
Pizza Hut, as the name suggests, is something that is related to pizza and pizza only. The restaurant was very quiet and soothing, the atmosphere was very comfortable, decor was fine but the main part for which we all want to go to such a place is for Pizza . So the pizza was fine I'd say. Not up to my expectations but was better than most pizza oriented brands around. The cheese was not as melty as you'd expect and felt a bit dry in my mouth. But the texture and taste was absolutely fine. Service was fast and excellent. Must visit once whenever you get a chance!

Pathetic Experience from Pizza Hut! They accept order 10456205 through its store at MG Marg Road, Hazratganj for which payment was made in Advance! Now after enquiring for more than 1 and half hours they informed that the store is closed so could not deliver it! That's ridiculous that no solution could be provided by customer care also! Further, they aren't refunding the amount instantly! Further On Previous occasions they have delivered cold pizza and delay for more than 1 hours
Worst ambience and atmosphere. Smelly restaurant. They seem like saving money and don't switch on AC. Very bad attitude of the staff. Pizza Hut should look into this and cancel their licence

Pizza hut is getting detoriated day by day. Once around 2 year back I used to dine twice a week. Visited here after a year the place is unhygienic, staff is rude and unprofessional. Many great things of pizza hut has been downgraded. Very sad to see it. Ac is not functioning properly.
