Horrible burnt food- the cheese was barely there and what was there turned into plastic. No sauce at all on the pizza base (see picture). Horrible experience- Vellore branch makes delicious pizza with enough sauce and a lot of cheese. Completely disappointed for the money spent. Would never recommend this place to anyone!

AC was not working and they didn't have a baby chair, which is a drawback. The pizza was good, but the service was bad.

Taste and quality is consistently good in Nagercoil pizza hut, appreciated. I have been praising this shop for its quality of service. But my recent visit proved me wrong. Mainly due to reduced number of staffs, the service is now degraded. Even in peak sale hours like year-end weekend there were very less staffs available and service was not upto expectation. The ambience is good and food is yummy.
