The place is compact, slient and presentable. Absolutely tidy. You could spend more time enjoying the place. The food is usual pizza specials. The only thing that annoyed me is the service, the servers responsiblity is not just collect order and deliver on time which ofcourse the guys at the place did well and I merely appreciate.. but if you notice, 2nd picture uploaded above the door the AC installed made intrusive noise and the every time the service guy opened the door, the flakes, tissue even the pizza box flew and it was multiple times most annoying and they didn't even notice. Please fix them.
One of the worst customer service u can experience in pizza Hut . Manager is rude.. Totally unreasonable.. If anyone is ordering through pizza Hut app and expecting finished order when u reach , u will be very disappointed.. Better come directly or there are other pizza huts in mangalore city who give better service. And all the customer service can say is sorry and I will pass the matter to superiors. Worst experience
One of the best experience I had in Mangalore. The dude was extremely professional and customised the pizza to our liking. Though he was the only working dude, kudos to his professionalism.
Pizza not really upto my expectation. The yeast in it was very overwhelming. Probably the team in thr kitchen was not experienced.
There is no question about the pizza,but it was bit salty.....The INDI ROCKIN ROLL was a mistake to choose,it was absolutely a disaster....it just spoiled the taste of pizza i had. I recommend not to choose the roll.Moreover they dont have handwash,we need to walk back some distance for the handwash.
My total bill was 789/- in that it a meal combo...it was soft breadiI like we're it good to chew But I was not happy with the pizza.. And garlic bread... I meant the pizza it was half burned I couldn't see the toping clearly was very salty when I ate without seasoning.. And garlic bread was too salty too... Very disappointed
Went there on a cool day and it felt like an oven inside with the air-conditioning barely working or turned off, only beverages available were Pepsi and 7up. Unless you're ordering takeout I'd suggest avoiding this place and going to the Pizza Hut in city centre
