Everything is good but they don't have so many item's listed in that menu card
Tried Soya Masala Pan Pizza (Veg Kebab Stuffed Crust) and Jamuntini Mocktail here. Pizza's great and the mocktail's okay. Nothing's good now a days though. Food quality is poor, dishes aren't clean and even the ice used in drinks is not good. Many a times, even water bottle or soft drinks won't be available! Service is quick but some of the staff are being rude with customers. Ambiance is not so good with poor air conditioning.
The ambience and service used to be really good and lively. Now a days they are a bit off. It's not being properly aur conditioned. When it comes to food, it's really good and satisfactory.
Hello, I would like to bring to your attention about the bad conditions of one of your restaurants in PVP mall, Vijayawada. 1. The service took atleast 50min to bring out my order. 2. The AC doesn't work and water drips and floods the floor 3. The ceiling is broken and all the service lines hang, looks very bad. 4. There is no counter for pickup or takeaway. Delivery guys from Swiggy, Zomato take up one of the table and sit and wait for the order. 5. Once the order is brought to them, that guy goes back to kitchen. At this point, the delivery guy himself takes out the ketchup, seasoning and one bag, packs the food himself with the seal/sticker and leaves. 6. One of the delivery guy also opened up the pizza box and looked into. 7. For takeaway, I think my order was misplaced and I was not given on time 8. The costumers who were dining in, were out of patience and had to leave without ordering. Your pizzas are delicious and would like to come back. But please check upon this. Thanks
I'm really not a die hard fan of pizza but I really want to eat one then pizza hut is my kinda place. They have nice ambience with some cool offers which makes me go there again and again. Also pizza tastes amazing along with thier seasoning which is my favorite. They also have wednesday dine in offer and friday unlimited pizza and garlic bread offers which are worth our money. Also they have delicious deserts in affordable prices
The front staff is so bad, the girl was having a prolonged conversation with her friend and did not bother to provide us with a menu nor was available to take the order. We spent 15 mins waiting and left the place. No one even bothered to notice our departure. So disappointing.
This is my fourth Pizza Hut review.. you eat pizza with your own hands.. so make sure they are clean
Last night I had placed an order and a different order was delivered to me. Instead of Tandoori Paneer, I was given a corn pizza. And when I tried contacting the delivery partner(Zomato) for the same thing there was an absolute disgusting response. Totally unacceptable behaviour

Domino's is really good. It has reasonable prices, good service and various items in pizza and other stuff. But make sure what toppings u get on veg pizza..
