Pizza Hut - Pizza restaurant in Serilingampalle (M) - Ranga Reddy, India

First time visited this place. Ordered meal for 4 which had mexican feast, tandoori paneer pizzas and garlic breads along with cold drinks. Pizzas were ok ok. Kids liked it though. Creamy garlic bread was not good. The cheese used is some liquid version.

Average experience at this place. The place is not clean and tidy. The server forgot to give us basic cutlery. The person taking order made wait before taking an order. He refused to even greet or acknowledge that I was waiting for him. The pizza hut owner has made a feeble attempt to contact me, there is no reply to my email to them. It's a dead end.

Food contaminated. Found a foreign substance in it, I hope they recognize their label. Order this pizza from Swiggy. Found this in my mouth while eating this pizza!! Since Swiggy is not responsible for this and the restaurant is, here is this review. Hope the restaurant takes this seriously.

Good looking space, I did not tested food here. Hope those are good. ACs were not working the day when I was there, when we asked about the same - got no reply. Ony they said "you can raise a complain". Cold Drinks was not available as the freeze was not working. People was enjoying food. But my question is Pizza Hut is charging a higher amount on food because of the additional services if those are not proper then for what they are charging that much? Again if the freeze was not working then how those people are preserving other foods? or as that day there was only 2 people was there in the counter so they was trying to cut down the pressure?

The pizza was very bad. We have ordered in the past and had bad experience. Thought that was one off and give not give it much thought. Today we ordered and realised on delivery that there is Pepsi missing and see the pic. Anyone would call this a cheese pizza. I initially thought that was bread sticks. One medium pizza is burnt. I have search where the toppings are. Pretty much it is a bread. We usually order from Kapil towers Pizza Hut and never went wrong. The only two times i ordered here the quality is extremely low. Missing items apart, we just could not eat the pizza. Half baked, burnt, no vegetables as it should be. The quality is sub standard and i don't think these guys care. If you are not interested in your business just close it. Why do this and get such bad reputation Never order from here again. My impression now is that anything ordered here is waste of time and kids have to go hungry. Forget about the money wastage.

Good spacious and well maintained outlet for quick pizza treat. Staff is courteous and service is prompt. The interiors are clean and good space for dine in. Not crowded on a Friday evening. It's right on the main road and enough parking space available in front of the store. Our order was prepared within 15 mins and it was a typical pizzahut taste with great service. Keep it up!

The worst pizza I saw tonight and that's too from Pizza Hut. Not even properly cooked and so cold.I ordered for y kids as they love pizza and tonight they have to sleep starvation . I am going to take refund my money tomorrow

The food is very good here.The staff are friendly.service is excellent compared to Domino's. the ambience here is too good and the neatness here is good enough place to sit and eat. But they serve too late here that is the draw back of this restaurant
