Ambience: The Pizza Hut restaurant I visited was clean and well-maintained. The tables were spaced apart, so it was not too crowded. Food: I ordered the Tandoori Paneer pizza and a Jamuntini drink. The pizza was hot and fresh, but the taste was average. Food quality is drastically reduced compared to my last visit which was a few years back. The Jamuntini drink was sweet and refreshing.
The quality of food has reduced drastically. It feels like the food was taken out of freezer & served after reheating. Dough of pizza felt like it was ages old, I guess Pizza Hut is trying to figure out how domino's works but loosing their uniqueness trying to follow domino's business model.
This branch of Pizza Hut is located at the heart of Banashankari 2nd stage and it's just like any other branch. The service was a little slow even though there weren't much customers but the pizza was served hot and fluffy. Loved the texture of it and the cheese was good too.
We got cold pizza after one hour which looked like chapatis. These guys are trying to loot customers. Look at the pizza, our chapatis are better than this. This is the worst experience we ever had with pizza Hut. I don't think I will ever visit this store or order online. Next to them is Tivaris parota which is much better than these pizzas. We spoke customer care and got assured that they revert back. So far no call also.
Pizza hut is always amazing. Live the Pizzas varieties they offer. Baked chicken wings Cheese garlic bread sticks & the choco chip sundae is most favorite. This outlet was well sanitized & clean & spacious following all parameters of safety. Friendly & polite staff
Hi there is no Ac proper and ther is no unlimited pizza offer only display in the table and there no proper responce in the store. Its very bad service .we never expected this kind of service of this pizza hut
Zero Hygiene and no store maintainence and if v order sumthin they take a min of 1 hr to get on our table and the staff are so irresponsible they don't even care to come and take order even after seeing customers None of the tables wer cleaned and left it like tat During these covid times hygiene is imp i visited today they said 1 hr waiting so v left the place befr leaving i captured al tese pics pls pizza hut many of tem like ur pizza n lemonades keep up the taste n hygiene
