Had a worst experience at pizza hut bareilly outlet. Pathetic taste and service. The pizza's were completely undercooked and sour in taste.

Worst pizza hut of my life. Stale vegetables, little bit of sauce and cheese in it. Overall very tasteless pizza. Mr. Sani in staff is so rude and unprofessional. Poor hygiene, that person who took cash serves that tasteless pizza. Asked for water he refused to. Forced me to purchase 20 rupees water bottle for 50.
The food Quality ,Taste and the service was not upto the standard of Pizza Hut. Though, Its a Dine Restaurent...the staff is not serving...The preparation is taking much time...The quality of All the product serving are found to be different amd duplicate yesterday right from Paper Napkins- ver small, The Coke/Pepsi Drink and the presentation of Garlic Bread as it seems that this place is Duplicate of Pizza Hut,
However, Chaco-Lava Cake is the best ever I tasted....apart from all the above....

Neat n clean , maintained. But menu is very brief , and especially cut short after covid. Taste is good as always. Plus point is that it is the Only place in this mall where u can lay back and sit comfortably n dine.
