Genuine suggestion to Pizza Hut karimnagar recruitment of staff should be done only from hotel management colleges because they are trained with grooming and discipline I have observed that staff don't have knowledge of menu.and rough behaviour no chef caps.beard from manager to bill section people ... talking reverse to customers ..And recruitment of managers also to be done from hotel management back ground so they train staff ... training manager undali... See the staff of Hyderabad or Bangalore Bangalore...final review of food 5star Please don't compromise in recruitment of staff or training...if you compromise for these your brand value get down...sincere and honest review

Hi there, It appears that the staff has changed, as evidenced by the less than stellar behavior and insistence on providing chilled drinks even if they are on the menu. Information we're not provided accurately and it should inform before doing the bill.

Pizza was ok but it took 30 mins to get that piece of bread deep down I feel it's not worthy waiting Hall was too hot I was sweating form the moment I entered Anyways it was a pleasant experience

I ordered fries, pasta and pizza they gave me fries which were fried earlier and before serving they just kept in Owen and gave me, which was not proper they are serving re-heated french fries. I would suggest people to order proper fried food not just re heated food. The past was hora ble same with pizza

Taste was Ok! Not matching up with the Pizza Hut title. Especially, the tomato sauce that they spread on the pizza was not made properly. That degraded the whole pizza taste.

Great pizzas they have, I am having 2 pizza, I got buy one get pizza, their toppings are really better than domino's, must try their pizza and you can have so much if you like fast food.

The service is good and a lot of place to sit to spend your time with your family or friends the best dine in and i doesn't feel like I am eating a pizza I get the restaurant feel and i can't describe it it's a perfect place for pizza that's 100% and taste of the pizza is classic. This is better than Domino's

Staff looked less professional. We ordered a pizza. It seemed like self service would be better,Nice place... enjoyed having varities of Pizzas. Good ambience and service...well maintained.
