Pizza Hut - Pizza restaurant in Surat - Surat, India

Poor management. Test was ok ok. Ac was not on. Also, mosquitoes are there. Some customer did complaint about it but they are continuously ignoring. Asked 5 times for bill then they gave me. I don't know why but cashier was not giving me bill and when he gave me he created bill of 680 where he added 18rs for ketchup.

Good & fresh Pizza we can get from Pizza Hut. Must try it's regular range of Pizzas. It is also delicious as medium varieties of Pizza. For breakfast before dinner it is the best. Yes AC is not working properly please look in this matter.

Worst taste ever. It was bitter in taste.Cheese was stinking.We threw away the food.Called main branch five times for help but no response even after receiving.Sorry , We apologised.Used such sophisticated words but did not put in practice.Will never ever go to that root.Alas Pizza Hut!!!

I have been to bad places but this is on top of them all. You could kill a person with the brick like garlic bread and pizza dough was raw!!! On top of all that the staff was not at all helpful... but the mosquitos were! NEVER HAVE I EVER SEEN SO MANY MOSQUITOS! I am worried about the employees ther!!

I had a disappointing experience at this branch. The customer service was poor, and it seemed like there was a lack of staff. In fact, it appeared that one person was responsible for taking orders, preparing the pizzas, and packaging them. This resulted in a slow and inefficient process. Furthermore, the lack of air conditioning made the dining experience uncomfortable. It's puzzling how this branch is operating under such conditions. But perhaps the most significant issue was the quality of the food. The pizza had no taste, and it was evident that there was a lack of attention to detail in its preparation. The overall dining experience was underwhelming, to say the least. I cannot recommend this branch, given my experience. I would suggest visiting either the Ghod Dod road branch or the Vesu branch, where you are more likely to receive better customer service and enjoy a tastier meal in a more comfortable environment. My hope is that this branch can improve its operations and provide a more pleasant dining experience for its customers.

I went to pizza hut for the first time. Had ordered before but first dining experience. Tried the latest momo mia pizza and cheezy veg momos. Pizza was okay.. not really worth the hype. Too much bread around momos. The momos were amazing. Specially cheesy ones where super delicious. Ambience and service are good. The AC didn't work properly though Overall good experience, bt would prefer delivery instead of dining in.

I ordered the pizza from zomato. pizza was cold, a little bit burnt and the garlic bread was almost burnt. The taste was really disgusting. Not enough cheese and pizza sauce. Pizzas are costly compared to other brands. I will never go to Pizza hut again.

A pathetic assurance of service since past 5 years. I had ordered a Tandoori Panner Cheese Max and they gave me this abomination a regular pizza while charging happily close to 700 bucks. And mind you I had past similar (Around 1 year)experiences with their web ordering where they just came up with excuse for delaying order for 2 hours. Funny part is the store manager first gave excuse that their web ordering portal is not working, and when they delivered me the wrong pizza AGAIN, I refused to accept it and their Regional Manager came with another Brilliant excuse that their oven had problems and caused the delay. Pizzahut your outlets incompetence is killing this brand which i used to recommend in the past.
