Pizza Hut - Pizza restaurant in Ongole - Prakasam, India

I'm surprised Is it pizza hut in Ongole. I am thinking of a local bakery with no Maintenance, AC not working, Management also not responding properly, food also not good. If anyone notices the higher authority of pizza hut pls check Ongole branch in Ravi Priya Mall. Definitely Pizza Hut loses customers. This is not the first time after several times I am providing feedback.

Very un esthetique. Not properly maintained. Feels like walking into a local bakery. Maybe because it's 10pm in the night! Better I should have opted some other better place!

Pizza Hut Ongole... Really hurted... Ordered 2 pizzas, 1garlic bread, 1 cheese garlic bread 2 pet bottles... Pizzas are seems not fresh.... They just made them hot and served. Out of 2 pet bottles one is seal opened.....and cheese garlic bread improper packing worst feeling.... Cheese is giving sour taste. Completely wasted food. After purchasing preparing for the name sake... Delivered and kept in dust bin. Really how much waste..... Time, money, customer goodwill, delivery boy energy, and etc., Really worst....

Here is why I officially believe this is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever met. 1. When we were dinning in with all of our family we have order 7 pizzas. I purposefully repeated the order over 4 times. The manger kept saying he remembers everything. Well, guess what? We got just 2 pizzas... When we asked the manager where are the other pizzas he just left. No explanations, no actions towards solving the problem. Customer service? Never heard of it,I guess 2.I thought they is no way you could mess up an order if order online. Well,I was wrong. FOUR times in a row they have sent me the wrong size and wrong items,or missed out items. Four times,the bill literally says the size. I am Extremely disappointed. I have never gotten order with the right size or items.

Official outlet of pizza hut. Offers a variety of pizzas and soft drinks. Staff behaviour is good. Nice place to visit.

Pizza is tasty. The quality and the quantity is well maintained. Located at the entrance of ravipriya mall.

Ordered four personal pan non veg pizza which includes 2 veg pizzas and 2 non veg pizzas, but the order went wrong and got all 4 veg pizza, we asked the team that we have received all 4 veg pizzas and they cross verified our ordered and provided 2 non veg pizza as a complementary. Very happy for the service provided and politeness of the workers.

Substandard quality of pizzas, if you compare with other pizza hut franchisees... Worst customer experience if you want to dine in. They do not serve pizza on plates, but on cardboard papers. No proper response from staff for the requests/ complaints you raise. Its like a local restaurant.
