Pretty average store on the road adjacent to phadke road. This store is situated opposite hdfc bank and is a prime location. Staff sometimes don't have knowledge about what is the order and what is going on in the store. I have been to the store thrice, the first time, the staff's hand slipped and my phone screen cracked. Staff was looking at the coupon code to redeem. The next two times, the food I ordered was not fresh. Overall, this pizza Hut can be avoided or eaten. It depends on your luck and staff's mood.

The pizza was okay but the ambience is really bad. This outlet is not well maintained. There is weird smell when you enter because there is no ventilation as ACs are not working. Also the chilli flakes and oregano kept on the table look stale and inedible. The hygiene and ventilation needs to be seriously taken care of. Really bad experience.
I had a dine in experience in pizza Hut. I had ordered veg Schezwan margarita pizza unfortunately the Schezwan sauce was very less. Table service is not appropriate. No tissues are provided on table. AC wasn't on being a cafe. The food was quite hot but these things have to be improved.
