Pathetic experience. Pizza hut has degraded it's quality, ambiance and even the service was so slow we had to wait for a long time. The pizza was average, it felt like toppings on a readymade base. The cold drink pitcher we ordered had flat cold drink and the glasses they served were dirty. I'm highly disappointed with the service and even food. There are other food joints as well in the mall I would recommend you to invest your time there.
Pizza hut has amazing pizzas and other stuff as usual. However service needs to improve a bit. I have visited this outlet many many times, however things were a bit laid back this time. We had to call for thr menu many times before we finally got it and then the same happened while we waited to place our order. It wasn't overcrowded even though it was a weekend. However once the food arrived, we loved every bite of it -- pizzas, drinks, garlic bread everything was top notch. We order meal for two - which included veg surprise pizza, cheesy garlic bread, chocolate lava along with masala lemonade and added an extra margarite pizza for our kids. It was more than sufficient for is four - two adults and two kids. Just loved it. So overall it was a wonderful dinner for us. Will definitely visit again.
These are pizzas strictly for those not looking for authenticity but for Indian-ness: tandoori, lots of spice, kebab filling in the crust - not at all what pizza would mean to an Italian. The restaurant is not a self-service style, so you're waited on. But when we visited, the wait staff seemed unable to cope. Part of our order was forgotten and the waiter had to be reminded about it; even simple things like taking our order was delayed. But we were with kids who enjoyed it a lot, so that counts.

I used to love the Pizza Hut a lot because of its innovative dishes in Indian style and cheeseeeee but I was so disappointed after eating it here neither was it cheesy nor was it tasty.. but I must say they had this jamuntini drink which was absolutely amazing and must try . Rest I think Pizza Hut please keep your innovation growing because I don't want to hate my Pizza Hut
All type pizz you can eat if they deliver the order on time, I ordered garlic bread and pasta with drink and they took more than 30 min to serve. God know what they would have done if I would have ordered more than this. Not so good for a quick bite lover

I have ordered 2 pizzas Capsicum pizza and a corn pizza. It has literally 2-3 piece of capsicum and corn.Barely can find the difference between both of them. Its so simple .
