The best pizza we ever had in Pizza Hut!! The pizza was so delicious and with so many flavor could choose that we even visited the pizza hut. Extremely well executed slices with fine Ingredients make this famous pizza. You could just take away or standing finish your pizza in this store.
The place is well with good ambience. Service was good with a smile on their faces. Hygiene- 4/5 Maintenance- 4/5 Ambiance-4/5 Taste of food- 4/5 Price is affordable. Overall 4/5 I had a voucher of some amount and I had to pay the bill with it. However they resisted the voucher saying their system is down so can't take it and please pay it from my end. I suggest if someone wants to use a voucher or promo code please notify them before you order something. So that it will be helpful to you if they can accept it or not.
Tried their pizza's for very first time Have ordered their Corn Pizza and Italian Onion Tomato Pizza, truly not satisfied with Pizza Hut pizza's. The sad part was Pizza base was too thick, felt like having bread. Onion pieces in Italian Onion Tomato Pizza were too big. Pizza's would have been much better.
I ordered veg combo pizza I thought the price will be more but it's budget friendly it only costed around 350...I would definitely love to eat it again
Good place to have different pizzas Pros: 1. Taste is good 2. Can have whole different taste of pizzas than Domino's pizza 3. Not too crowded Cons: 1. Single pizzas are expensive 2. A glass of soft drinks is extremely expensive. We bought mirinda of 1 glass which was priced at Rs.90. 3. Can keep the place more cleaner
It looks like they are doing some construction or renovation and the whole place is like a mess. No proper service, all the construction workers are walking around, there is no tap water for your hand wash, you need to use the bucket water and a tumbler to wash your hands. Toppings on the pizzas are absolutely miserly. They could have stopped serving people until their construction work is finished. If anybody wants to try, please visit Mall of Mysore's Pizza Hut branch, than compared to this one. I haven't visited the Kuvempunagar branch, so I don't know how it is.
Never had such horrendous pizza in my life. They smelled and looked stale. I can't get the stale taste out of my mouth. I don't know how old the base and toppings were, it looked like the oil was very old as well.I don't even want to speak about the garlic bread, other reviews mentioned below by others says it all. The quality is so bad. This pizza hut outlet is located opposite Domino's one. I request the authorities to please take 1 hour off and go visit Dominos, taste their pizza, and evaluate for themselves how fresh their pizza are.I mean you are an MNC, a huge brand,you charge well then why lack in service. I would rather eat pizza's in a cafe or the roadside stall than try pizza hut again. Then came the delivery. It got delivered almost an hour after placing an order and the delivery executive took 20+ minutes roaming around my house cause he did not have internet on his phone to access map or perhaps didn't know how to look into g-maps. I had to save his number and share current location via WhatsApp. Why can't pizza hut train their executives? I clearly don't blame the delivery executive its the outlet at fault.By the time pizza was delivered it was cold. Heating in the microwave didn't help a lot. Had to gulp down using ketchup. Please improve your services else do the honor of shutting the business down.
Low quality pizza, poor and dirty ambience, below average customer service. Avoid this place, don't waste your hard earned money. In addition they will also cheat you by not providing the offers that they advertise on their own tables even when we ask for it. Avoid this place. I would give zero star if there was an option. Update: there is no response after sending order details to the email id mentioned by owner.
