Food as per standard of Pizza Hut chain. However, temperature inside shop was almost hot. AC should be run with temp control. Service was good. Parking place available in front.
Probably because of making healthy choices towards food we now feel the level of processing that's been done on this food. The cheese doesn't taste like cheese, most of the toppings are frozen for days and simply put in or on the pizza and microwaved. Pizzas doesn't have to be this way. Waiting for corporate to take action and introduce fresh options. The staff needs to stop overselling and focus on making better pizza and sides. Washroom needs to be kept clean please.
I went to Pizza Hut, PURNEA today, and it was such an unpleasant experience. There was no hygiene at all. Used napkins, ketchup packets and masks were scattered all overs the floor. All the tables were dirty, on asking them to clean they did not take any action. Oregano and chilli flakes bottles had the herbs stuck on the outside of it. AC was not working , water droplets were coming out of it. There is something very wrong with this store. There was staff shortage. The same staff was cooking, cleaning and attending to customers. I ordered a veggie supreme pizza and a creamy mushroom pasta.. The pasta had a pungent smell and tasted very bad. And the pizza was tasteless. I couldn't not eat more than a bite. The store looked worn off.

Food Delivery Service is horrible. Received food after 90 minutes of order. Serving Cold Pizza is their USP. Please avoid if you don't want to face harassment from them
Please give complimentary items like french fries etc , first otherwise when we finish our Pizza then they let us know that this french fries is complimentary i mean what the point of complimentary now.
Pizza Hut is situated near KFC.. The customers are loving this place. A lot of things are being cooked here. I tasted "Chicken N corn delighted pizza" and it was very tasty . It is worth going
