Pizza huts are usually hard to review because of the standardisation . However some places are bad because of hygiene as well as staffs. This Pizza Hut outlet at central mall is by far the better place in cochin . The service is good and the staffs are courteous .

The place lacks proper maintenance and service as the tables are uncleaned and the service is inadequate. The serving method was incorrect as a baking dish was used as a serving plate

When everyone at a brainstorming session was thinking about new ideas for pizza, it came in someone's mind why not combine momos and pizza! And they did it. But the garlic bread was much better than the Momo Mia pizza. Garlic breadstix was delicious. The white sauce chicken pasta was decent. Courteous service, good ambience

I dont know what they mean by this 4 piece pizza at 500 Rs

I've had pizza from multiple outlets from Pizza Hut in india and abroad but (no disrespect to the ppl serving or making the pizza), it was truly bad. The dough is premade and sent. It felt like I was eating a lot of bread with some sauce. I ordered the pepperoni and chicken supreme. Both had little to no pizza sauce at the base. The ingredients were spread thin. If you're a pizza lover or food lover I wouldn't recommend 7 Nov - I've added the receipt which has all the details. I've sent the documents details to that email.

The service quality is quite low, and the tables and plates are not cleaned properly, as dirt is visible on the plates. Additionally, there is no designated washing area within the restaurant; if we need to wash our hands, we have to go outside. When I inquired about the cleanliness of the plates and tables, the staff mentioned they weren't aware of the issue.

hut located in central square Mall...very spacious..good ambience...food is good...but you really need to have patience to get your pizzas.... I really think they are understaffed.....but worst think is that you need to go outside to wash...also when the mall goes off , & u r still eating your food, ac's won't be there
