They didn't give attention to us thinking we are young we went for my friends birthday party and we were so disappointed to know that these people serve very oily food and it smelled like sweat it was bad and the emploee was inattentive he took our order first and they forgot our order and didn't even note it down they told us the receipt when we asked it when most of the order did not arrive until we told him and they were in the staff entery room and the glasses were not even washed properly highly disappointed expected better from you and also the manager was very disrespectful I would not go to this Pizza Hut any more
Recently visited at pizza hut in R mall And tried their margrita pizza and tandoori pizza at only 289rs. The taste of both of the pizza was amazing and were very delicious The staff was very less. This is one of the best pizza hut outlet in mulund West located in R Mall. I visited on Friday so there was unlimited pizza Friday offer and it was worth it. You can order unlimited but within a certain range of options. Ambiance was cool and the staff was generous and friendly. Service was quick. Had a great experience with this one. Worth visiting.
First visit in Pizza Hut and the worst experience till date! The service, the reply, everything was THE WORST! firstly we placed order, after 10 minutes they came back requesting to reorder the food, that was Okay, afterwards for 15/20 minutes the order didn't came. Thereafter, when the order came there was a fly in it (as you all can see in the pic) and the flies afterward were running all around the plate, we called the staff, they didn't came for 5 minutes. Afterwards they told that the open area must get some flies and that was LITERALLY OKAY for them arguing this that the open place catches flies! I mean wow. We left the place then. If you can't serve properly stop serving.

We tried Friday offer of unlimited pizza at 249 veg and 299 non-veg. For nonveg you only have 2 options for meatballs n chicken sausage. The taste is good with unlimited coke. But there are certain t&c that you wont get next pizza untill you finish the previous one with crust(please note) and hence time consuming to get newone(strategy by them).
