Staff is friendly . Took time to deliver the order . Food was fresh but non veg chunks were very less . Quality could have been better.

Pathetic fraudulent service from this branch I ordered from for the first time. I ordered Paneer and exotic veg pizzas, but got back one covered with corn, and the other with corn and mushroom. When I asked for replacement or returning the money, the guy says it gets cut from my salary so please don't do it. I bet the manager is in on this fraud.
I ordered cheezy mashroom magic, but the pizza that was delivered had no mashrooms on it. I am not even sure what pizza has been delivered. The person taking order looked least interested to take the order. I had repeated my order twice, again post billing he reached out and asked which is the pizza I ordered. This was a take away order. This is highly unacceptable service. I have been a regular customer to Hut, but this was the first time I had such a bad experience.

Most pathetic service ever. They call me after 1 hour and ask me to cancel the order because they don't have delivery persons. I didn't agree, they came after 1.5 hours and delivered a cold pizza. Customer service was also useless. Gone are the days when pizza used to bring happiness in 30 mins.
It has small dining area with capacity of around 20 seats. They provide take away also. Only 2 staffs to maintain everything and hence, you have to wait very long to get your orders. They do not clean the table. Ambience n lighting is good. Parking is available in front of the shop.

Best pizza in Bengaluru. Unknown gem located in Yelahanka. The closest to authentic neopolitan(iykyk) margherita that you can find in Namma Uru. Worth the travel all the way to Yelahanka!
