totally worst experience with pizza hut new panvel outlet. we have ordered two chicken pizzas and totally it was waste of money as it was having very less toppings and only bread was there in pizza. also we have ordered chicken pocket which was having only 2 small pieces of chicken and rest was covered with onion, capcicum and sauce. total order was around 700 bt it was not even worth of 200. never going to be here again. i request pizza hut to take my review into consideration or else i am going to take this matter to consumer court
Ordered online and see the horror. Undercooked and not eatable. Do these guys take their work seriously. Waste of money and loss of trust. If the brand doesn't know how to make pizzas pls admit. Don't send over bread with raw sauce on top of it like a garbage. Horrible and cheap. Heat melts seeing when money spent is treated in this manner.
I ordered a veg Pizza and one chicken pizza It was very tasty and had a good amount of toppings. They have a hard crust on pizza which people generally don't like but note, I love hard crust. Affordable compared to the Vashi branch.
The place is at a junction and located well. However due to Domino's being in vicinity the kind of footfall it gets is sad. Pizza Hut needs tk definitely improve on its quality of pizzas till it comes back into the game. Usually not too crowded. Currently due to pandemic it's only in delivery mode. You can get parking besides the road. It has a auto rickshaw stand just outside.
Pizza Hut is hands down one of the best pizza chains out there. The range of pizzas on offer is amazing, from the classic margherita to the meaty Supreme and everything in between. The crust is always delicious and the toppings are generous, making every slice a treat. The sides, like garlic bread and cheesy bites, are equally tasty. Delivery is always fast and reliable, and the pizzas arrive hot and fresh. The customer service is fantastic and any issues are always resolved quickly and with a smile. Overall, I highly recommend Pizza Hut to anyone looking for a delicious, satisfying pizza experience. Five stars!
Pizza Hut is a good place to visit with friends & family. The interior of pizza hut is good. The seating space is large. Staff is also very smart, friendly, cooperative & quick in service. Pizzas are delicious & hygienic.
I had a very bad experience with pizza hut new panvel we ordered a pizza and It took almost 1hour then I called to some kind of customer care a guy answered NAMED ANUPAM.. HE HAD NOTHING TO SAY EXCEPT SORRY HE WAS NOT ON THAT POSt still he was arguing on. They didn't give us refund didn't give us Pizza they made a us sadaVery bad Pizza Hut not happy at all
One of the worst experience,I have with this outlet.I have ordered 1 corn and cheese pizza with extra cheese as on 16/02/2023.They have provided just pizza base and sauce with corn.NOT A SINGLE BIT OF CHEESE IN IT.Moreover the bread was crumpled and soggy....I must tell this outlet is fraud and cheating its customers...Attaching their signature fraud sample of what we received.
