Taste wise it really satisfies my expectations but the time they takes for preparation of items is very long. Had to wait an extra 10 plus minutes to get my pre-ordered items even after the time of pickup.

The service is the worst I have ever experienced. I wish there was zero star for the service because the staff is very slow and unbothered about the order. I had to wait for more than 45 minutes for the order to be served. When I ordered Mojito as a beverage, after 30 minutes of constant reminder we were informed that it was not available. Although, I visited Pizza Hut before, I never experienced such extremely disappointing and careless service.

Located on fourth floor of CMR MALL, this is the second outlet of Pizza Hut in Vizag after the one in Dwarka nagar. The place is a no-brained when it comes to the soft tasty pizzas. They often have wonderful offers in the weekdays. Must try the garlic bread, masala lemonade and crunchy pizzas. Hoping they start the pizza delivery too. Bon appetit!
The service is very bad, food is okay but the service is slow and had to remind our orders from time to time to the waiters. We were made to wait 2hrs and even the Pepsi we ordered was also delivered after 30 minutes. The lemonade tasted very bad! I don't recommend this place!
