Hotel is ok ok, not very nice place to stay. The best thing is parking and it is on highway property Near Karol Bagh.
Stayed for about 12 days in the hotel . Very well behaved staff and staff come and clean the room very nicely . It's proper room cleaning I would say .

Offers one of the best rooms in the area... Each and every room is UNIQUE, and each room has at least one balcony... Rooms are neat, good service... Also, it is located in a walkable distance from Karol bagh, one of the best markets of cheap priced items...Also, it has an attached Domino's in it's first floor. The only cons are that the lobby is pretty much non existent and it is located pretty much in a smogged area

It is very nice hotel, located at Karol bagh new Delhi. I have been experiencing great staying with good food quality. All staffs are very polite and respectful. Excellent value for money. I liked staying here.
The most interesting thing of this hotel is their own herbal and wellness product store at just beside of the main entrance gate. Their own branded medicines, food supplements and cosmetic range are really excellent. Specially the 7 types of Tulsi Gold, it's very effective for nagging cough and supports a healthy response to physical and emotional stress.

Worst service ever. The staff is not friendly. We were stuck in traffic just infront of the hotel and needed to use the washroom urgently but the people there refused us to use the washroom ever after repeated requests. Humanity is dead. We were almost about to pee our pants but they didnt help.
