Worst service provider forever . I booked ticket from Deoria to Delhi and reached at boarding point 1 hour before to take bus. I called more than 100 times on given number where is bus when it will I am standing on stop , but not buddy picked up call even I sent text msg. But end of the moment bus came I given hand to stop there are my booking from Delhi to Deoria and ran behind bus to board. They didn't stop bus to board. Conductor opened his bus gate and looked at to me not stop bus and gone. Full night i tired to search alternative. But I didn't get help from bus service even money . So think before booking , it's my real experience to I faced. In future never bookings.

Their bus services has been shut from 2 months.. still if you will go on Paytm or redbus you will find their bus services to book. It's all fraud. I booked my ticket in this bus 2 days before fron Diwali, I went to the bus boarding point in night and I waited there for 5 hours and no bus came. There were other co passengers as well with me who had book their tickets in the same bus. Everybody tried to reach this operater, bus driver, helpline and nobody picked up. Next day I called redbus for my refund of the ticket (ticket cost 2500/-) and the took nearly a month to refund back my money and that too PARTIALLY. It's was complete waste of money and time.. plus I couldn't celebrate Diwali with my family. People are so much fraud these days.. there is no sentiments left in them. They don't even deserve to get 1 star.. i wish I could rate them in minus.

Highly unprofessional staff with no access to the basic details of driver's number or bus location. I booked with them and reached the location fearing they might leave. I was flabbergasted to know that they won't share any details and won't pick up at the location. Several other customers and I waited until midnight. But the bus didn't come neither they are contactable to get a refund issued. So, if you are here to audit reviews before taking a journey with them, I strongly suggest DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THEM. End of word. Also a word of note for Redbus. They are the service partners who too are not able to contact this travel agency. Highly unprofessional of RedBus to host such despicable agents.

This is very bad facility pitmbra bus service not communicate driver and other staff. Driver,conductor and bus staff are not call to passenger. This is third time in this conditions pls request to all passenger not travel to pitmbra bus service.. And all staff and driver are bad behavior for passenger. Pls humble request all passenger share my comment.

Driver and Staff Behavior is not up to the mark..on the middle of the long journey (Gorakhpur-Delhi) diesel is not available as per resultant the bus was stopped 2 hours .. what a poor management. apart from this bus is in good condition.

So ghatiya service this bus. Never book this bus. I was booked this bus through red bus on this dhanteras but bus didn't come at location point. And after next days they drop a msg thank you for travelling with us. What a ghatiya majak
