Have closed my loan on 8th of august and have still not received original documents and also have been debited with Emi in spite of dues settled ,have called many times helpline no. But no response from pchfl, and have mailed so many emails but not getting single reply from their side not expected this type of service as i was informed will get back docuents in 21 days
It's like those time when I visit a Govt. Office the waiting area is so bad , we don't expect them to make us wait on a terrace outside for our number !!! No air condition only two small air coolers places there out of which only one is activated and 30 people waiting summer time heat is not justified!!
The system which they work on is worst. They never care of their customers just they irritate customers by calling them and reminding about the due, but never they check internally if customer is all clear from his end. From past one week or more collection department is keep on calling me saying to pay my EMI amount at soonest, and I have been saying them kindly check with your Dahisar branch as I submitted the cheque, it's their responsibility to present it to the bank for clearness purpose but no their collection department is keep on calling me and everyday I say the same to them that kindly call your branch and update me if there is any issue or not but they reply saying we are not authorized to call the branch and I get shock after hearing this working for one company but can't call their own stuff but they can irritate their customer by keep on calling even though customer is clear from their end. Worst working background they have. They don't know how to work and never care for their customers.
I don't want to give even 1 star. Pathetic service. Staff is not helpful. They don't have process knowledge. Even call centre staff doesn't have process knowledge. They both tell difference things. I don't understand why they keep such a dumb staff. Don't take loans from DHFL. other good options are there. Even DHFL interest rate is very high, they have increased home loan interest rate from 1st April 19 and they didn't bother to inform the customer. Very very bad experience. Good that m closing loan with them.
I was called to collect my house paper's on 23/11/2021... when I went to the office at 2:45 p.m.the office was closed. I was told that timings ar 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Why they don't have courtesy to inform the timings if they are not working on regular schedule...I spent Rs. 900 to go back and forth for nothing. When I visited the place again on 25/11/2021 the staff now tells me that I will get my papers after 10 days...they don't value customers at all....I thought after Piramal taking over operational efficiency will improve...but it is getting worst. God bless me with patients. They deserve negative ratings even after Piramal took over...I made full payment and shifting my home loan to other organisation. To hell with the company. They don't deserve any further interest from us.
Very disgusting and pathetic staff, as well as pathetic service.Does not deserve even 1 star. Would recommend never ever take loan from them.
Horrible experience with their tele callers. No sense and way of talking with professional clients. Worst tele callers in dahisar call centre. Take immediate action on them please
Poor customer service, front desk executive is frustrated and get pressurized with customer crowd. Passes it on to customers with rude behaviour. Staff is least bothered for customer service, they look for excuses to send customers back. Advice to get all documents related to your loan/service otherwise they'll make fool of you.
I just got a chance to eat a Sandwich here. My friend had recommended this place and I ordered a Masala Toast Sandwich. The green Chutney actually made a difference to the taste Too Yummy .
