Very well maintained duplex villas and very very reasonable price. We had a good stay here for 4 nights and it was worth it. The ground floor has a small hall, kitchen (including refrigerator) and a bathroom. There is a store room too but used by the landlord only. The first floor has 2 rooms with attached bathroom and balcony. Since this place is in the city, there isn't any great view from the balcony. This place is a kind of centre to visit places or roam around in Goa. They have a small swimming pool and it is shared based on allotted time for each villa. No food available and you need to order or carry yourself. The service by the caretaker was good.

I had a stay in 2019, now it might be renovated. Back then it was well maintained and very clean. Spacious enough for 6-8 people. Parking area was also good. The only problem was a steep incline to get to the highway which made it a bit difficult to get the vehicle out of there.
Located in the city, to reach to beach it takes some time to reach and there are no public transport available, this rooms will work out when you have or rent 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler. Definitely not a happening place
Place is good. The caretaker Rabi is really nice, he helps you with everything (laundry, cabs etc.)
This is the great property, with friendly owner, if you are searching somewhere near porvorim for group of people this is the best one, even pool is under construction, its well maintained. They also deliver rental bike and car and give information of any sort. It's the great time we spent there in this villa.

Very good 3bhk apartment, got at a reasonable price too. However, the location is a bit tricky to find but has good connectivity. Overall, very decent place to stay with family.
