I have been to a 1BHK in Pinnacolo NX. The flat is well planned and spacious. had plenty of sunlight and was airy. Not sure about the water connection though, as I spent about an hour there. Only drawback is the Chawl kind of building at the back,
Very good project in kashimira near to gcc club in Vinay Nagar. By skd reality kanu ngo, and akshita realtors. But front of this building Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) project is there.. This is drawback of this apartment.... High rise building G+22. Huge ambience. Included podium parking. This project contain huge club house also. Garden is very nice and huge... Very High cost flat. Compare to locality. Project is good looking. Having big podium parking. Spacious project.. Shop are not there During monsoon session water logging problem is not there. Auto stand is near to this apartment. I am giving 4 star because of design and architecture view of building.
In love with this place. Well Structured spacious apartments. One can get 1,2,3 BHK flats here all with balconies . Breathtaking view from the room. One can see whole of Mira road. Vasai creek and tungareshwar hills can be seen. On one side, one can view the pagoda as well. Each bldg has 22 floors. There's ample space for parking vehicles. A club house with a gym which has all the fitness equipments. You need not think twice to buy a property here. As you will fall in love with this property at first sight.
Nice apartments and good security some of the area like the swimming pool, kids playground and gym are under construction. The place is clean, calm and peaceful. Nice city view and good facilities. Parking area is also spacious. Just the road outside for entrance is too narrow.

No water in the building, not even for flush. The swimming pool is very dirty. Just a price hike, there are many better societies in the Miraroad

Pinnacolo is definitely one of the top 5 residential buildings in Mira Road. The only issue is that the approach road is full of traffic during peak hours (6pm to 9pm). So, getting a car in and out of the society premise can be a pain some times. Other than that, all good. The shooting of the TV series "Sunflower" was done in this building Edit - the above review is for "Pinnacolo" and not "Pinnacolo NX".
