Did Laminactomy 3 days back.. Superb Service. Superb Staff. Dr. Parag Lad and Dr. Amit Sharma are really supportive. Only caterring is the issue. Vendor is not good. Order food from Parimal Hotel. Far more Good Food than current vendor.

Recently, my 85 year old mother fell down at native place Ratnagiri and shifted to Pinnacle hospital in emergency. She was admitted in ICU and well treated by Dr. Rajan Shelatkar, Physician and Critical Care Specialist and his team of Dr. Kulkarni, Dr. Shobhit and Dr. Karande. Thereafter, she had been shifted to AC Multi Sharing Ward near to ICU, to properly monitor her by doctors. The physiotherapy treatment was also given in a caring way by Dr. Ameya Sanaye and Dr. Apoorva Bhagwat. The nursing staff was also very caring and attending instructions of the doctors in a techno savvy manner on the TAB provided by the hospital. The most important is a separate office is maintained at basement for CGHS beneficiaries, and all officials are very informative and well mannered with the patient's relatives. Last but not the least, the housekeeping staff are also very caring, attentive and supportive. The cleaning of not only patients room but the entire area of the hospital inclusive lifts and staircases are being carried out 5 times in a day. There is a relief for patients relative as they do not have to wait overnight unless the patient is admitted in a separate room. In all, the Pinnacle hospital is rendering excellent medical treatment and facilities.

I am Mrs. INDIRA Jayaraman. I was admitted on 23rd Sept 2023 for total knee surgery for both legs. First right leg surgery was on 24th Sept and second left leg surgery was on 27th.on 24th before entering OT I was so frightened and they calmed me down and I underwent surgery. On 27th I was very confident. I thank Dr. Yogesh Vaidya ji and his entire team of Dr's who performed my surgery and monitored me till discharge. I thank all the nurses who very efficiently gave injections without even knowing the pain and maushis and mamas who lifted me out of OT to strechter to ward etc.. Hospital has fantastic infrastructure. Any tests prior to surgery can be done under one roof. Xray also can be taken there only. No need to go to different places for pre surgery tests. Today I went for my review after surgery. Everything is well. I did robotic assisted surgery and fixed oximium prosthesis. I would definetly recommend all the readers who would want to undergo surgery for knee go to this hospital and as a thane Kar feel so proud to have such a nice hospital with experts in this field in our beautiful city of Thane. Staff are all very comforting. I thank profoundly Dr Yogesh vaidya ji for bringing back my mobility. This hospital has cashless insurance too and their team is very helpful.

I was admitted to Pinnacle Orthocentre for Hip replacement surgery. From earlier consultations to operation and discharge, my experience has been quite good. First and foremost, Dr. Yogesh Vaidya has been an excellent doctor not only for me but also for my 3 relatives he has operated upon. There may have been issues in the past, but we did not experience any, and as I saw it, they have made changes and are trying their best to have an efficient system for all. OPD appointment timings are tentative at best as the duration of consultation varies from patient to patient. Reasonable delay to be expected. For me, Dr. Vaidya gave me proper guidance regarding my situation and my options. He is invested in the well-being of his patients. After admission, the nursing team took really good care of me and would regularly check on me and other patients. I found the doctors and nurses as well as other staff very professional, compassionate, and friendly. Pre-op and post-op, they helped a lot. Dr. Sachin, Dr. Shobhit and Dr. Shabnaaz regularly checked on me. Dr. Vaidya did regular rounds, Keeping himself regularly updated on patient's health. Nursing Manager Komali and her team maintained a positive energy in the ward, took great care of me and made sure that I was comfortable and relatively happy. Mediclain was also quick, Thanks to Dr. Sachin and updates from Dr. Kulkarni. Will update regarding refunds and the process as soon as I get done with it.

My wife was scheduled for tendon repair surgery. Dr Yogesh Vaidya explained the processes to us and the surgery went smoothly. We were provided with a neat room to stay before the surgery. The staff were very helpful and polite. Excellent service by the team.
