Pinnacle Nissan Service Center - Car dealer in Kollam - Kollam, India

Extremely poor assistance Please do not come to the center for assistance. These people just damaged the front of my car and said, "Blah, blah, blah." When I asked them to show the video proof, they refused to even do so. The service manager is the worst employee there; he is trying to maintain his reputation by disparaging the customers. Service manager was using very bad words the customers and this is really not acceptable from any service center.He is challenging us to on this. Please take pictures of your car from all sides before bringing it to this service location, customers. Kindly visit any other Nissan service location, whether private or otherwise. These individuals will wreck your car. Ineffective people. Regarding this matter and the service manager's actions, I will escalate. Customers please ask them to do the repair or service infront of the camera they don't have enough camera in their garage and their dirty tricks are doing by parking out cars in a Black spot so please if you still want to go there, ask them to do the service infornt of their camera.

I had serviced my terrano last week; their guidance was absolutely good and the behaviour of staffs were awesome- end of the day it was a nice experience

Hai just thought to share my experience from pinnacle nissan kollam service. The way they treat every customet is exceptional. I thought they will not be giving priority to old customer but as surprise they are giving the same care as when my vehicle was new. The main part is how they explain the parts yo be replaced abd why to be replaced. I alwats suggest this service center to my friends and relatives. Thank you all and keep going. #KL32K5745.

Very very bad service. Behaviour of service manager is very rude and unprofessional. They made the condition of vehicle into more worst. Very irresponsible. Worst service centre ever.
