I had booked Magnite thru this show room in Palakad, worst response. Booked in Dec 2020 and yet to get the delivery of my car, though there are no cars with more than an year waiting. Very poor response despite regular follow up. They keep bargaining with me to accept other variants/ colour and compromise after an year of waiting period. Will not recommend any Nissan or Pinnacle Palakad or their Trissur branch. Several Sales persons have changed during this period and they don't have any system process to even trace our booking.

Last two years i service my car at normal workshops but good. This year one of the representative call me and told me that now new service station started at palakkad and all are new service person. Rate also very low. Etc etc. So I given my car. No improvement very poor service. After service my ac not working. Technicians telling me that is not their mistake (ac). So this is my last service. Thanks a lot and good bye nissan service palakkad

Really nice, they didn't have a Nissan magnite for test drive when I visited. However they brought a Magnite CVT to my home for test drive

Best service and customer care. Very customer friendly. Provides general services but does not do major works. 100% satisfied customer.

Very poor service....The staffs doesnt have basic qualities like how to care the customers. The accounts department is horrible that they don't give any response for your valuable time and money. Overall very bad experience from pinnacle nissan palakkad.....

Good service centre. However all service options like denting work, software checking etc not available. Dependent on Trichur service centre belonging to the same group.
