My recent visit to the hospital for a scheduled radiation treatment left me with a profound sense of disappointment, particularly with the administrative management. The doctors were commendable; however, the management's handling of appointment timings was abysmal. I arrived on time, only to be subjected to a grueling seven-hour wait, which is unacceptable and indicative of poor time management. The lack of supervision and accountability in the administrative processes was evident, leading to a chaotic and stressful experience. Based on this, I cannot recommend their services, as the disregard for patients' time was disheartening.

The hospital Giving better treatment and the same time the hospitality was great. But some areas are not fair in the charges. The canteen food was good. We bear an additional bill amount to another treatment which is what my father required. We found some lag for operation. Sometimes the insects appear in the rooms also

Dear Hospital Management, I am writing to express my gratitude for the excellent care provided by Dr. Rakesh Godavarthi during my wife's recent thyroid surgery. His expertise, kindness, and professionalism made a significant difference in her recovery process. Within just one day, she showed remarkable improvement, which is a testament to Dr. Rakesh's skills as a surgeon. While we are extremely satisfied with the medical care received, I would like to bring your attention to a few areas that could be improved within the hospital. 1. Canteen Food & Cafeteria: The quality of food provided in the hospital canteen and cafeteria is below expectations. It would be greatly appreciated if efforts could be made to enhance the variety and taste of the meals offered to patients and their families. Good nutrition plays a vital role in the healing process, and providing nourishing and appetizing options would greatly contribute to patient satisfaction. 2. Floor Manager & Staff Behavior: On a few occasions, we encountered instances where certain floor managers and nurses displayed rudeness while addressing patient queries or concerns. It is crucial that all staff members maintain a respectful and compassionate demeanor when interacting with patients and their families. Investing in regular training programs focused on customer service skills may help address this issue effectively. I believe that addressing these areas for improvement will contribute towards enhancing patient experience at your esteemed hospital. Your attention to these matters will not only benefit current patients but also foster long-term loyalty from satisfied individuals like myself. Money oriented hospital. Doctors after paying 800 suggested me to go full body checkup. The Full body checkup is a big fraud. If you are in hurry the attendent won't even bother to see you and give you a fake report of other patient just replacing the name ( witnessed in front of me later protested by patient than the staff were in hurry to suppress that report). At the end after waiting for 8 doctor seen the report and mentioned you missed the important test..totally frustration hours

Nither having a good customer response nor the empathy. Telling in front, as "from where all people are coming". It's sad that most of the western odisha people visit to this hospital, just for few good doctor's response, but overall not a hospital to be considered as high in good staff. Also the price of diagnostics are higher even considering the vishakapatnam's standard. And not sure how they will consider if some one get the diagnostic report even from a good diagnostic centre from the same place. Tokes are given some time, but no display of what is the current number. You have to keep asking, and you will not get any response. Giving 3 stars only because of few Good Doctors.

I visited to treat my father having some heart problem . Mr T Suresh Babu checked n treated so nicely. One of the best doctor n also a nice humble human being . My father health condition very good .

We are very happy about the care n response we got from the PINNACLE hospital doctors n staff when we got treated. They were Very interactive and helpful to us at every step we needed. ESPECIALLY Our consultant doctor USHA RANI MAM was a great help to us . She was very helpful n attentive to our treatment both before n after the procedures... thank u mam
