Very worst experience at reception better to recruit a proper trained staff who can handle the patients with patience, we felt that Government Hospitals are far better than this clinic but the doctor did the scan very well.
Following observed during visit:- 1. Staff at reception not courteous to patients and not willing to answer questions. 2. Watchman and staff roaming around without footwear. 3. Bathrooms extremely dirty and unhygienic. Probably not cleaned for days. 4. Mosquitoes in the premises and no corrective action by staff. 5. Mask of staff not properly worn and often lowered till neck. Covid protocols not being followed. 6. Staff favoring selected patients and not following the sequence as per arrival. This was resulting in staff and patients arguing with each other. This was my first and the last visit at pinnacle for sure!
Ridiculous waiting time and the attitude of the staff is that of no care in the world. They have a waiting time of an hour with 3 patients in line. Highly unprofessional and outdated. Expensive and with no services. The toilets are dark, dingy and unhygienic. I Don't recommend the place at all.

No one answers the phone promptly. Its a clinic and minimum requirement is being alert to calls and queries. Dirty bathrooms instead of getting cured will get infected by using these wash rooms.
