If I could give them zero stars, I would. The prices and the services doesn't match at all. They are absolutely unprofessional and have no idea of what they are doing. They just convince you to get an expensive service which doesn't meet the standards at all. The dress they provided to change for facial looked like a rag and on insistence they provided a crinkled nasty use and throw robe, which they claimed as a new one. The napkins they use, the wax machines , the sheets on the bed, literally everything is disgusting .

One of the worst salon experiences in my lifetime... They overpriced for saree draping and hair dressing.. The personnel had no idea whatsoever in both the areas and charged me whopping 1000Rs for each.. and they have no manners as they kept on finding faults with me and tried to make me feel like I m wrong for expecting a little quality.. I would beg everyone not to step into this space as it is a waste of time and definitely waste of money... LOW STANDARD AND HIGH PRICE and they irritate the hell out of you with their snarly convincing that they have provided the best.. Saree draping is pretty basic for a place like Khammam but that too they failed miserably..There was no AC .. the solo AC was split in between two rooms and it was basically a fan .. I ended up sweating and couldn't even go to my place in peace...PLS DO NOT GO HERE ..HOPE THE OWNER knows the standard and reduced the price as the services offered are nothing compared to world class or even like Hyderabad.. but the charges are exuberant...sky rates for such cheap services..

Way to expensive and crooked behaviour of staff to loot customers by forcing them to opt for higher price services. Acting nice and doing few high price services without intimation to customer. Worst behaviour and rates are so higher that the service effect doesn't stay after we leave the place

Really enjoyed their work. actually im a bit frightened before going to them bcz idk whether they would make me up or will disappoint me but at last after completing with my hair cut nd setting, i was really happy. it has been a month after my hair cut nd im cool with this so was sharing my experience. The products they used for my hair are osm and also i would say that the price is completely normal. Btw, i've had layered cut costs 1200/- including hair washing, cutting and setting etc.
