Hall and kitchen set up available(In the one I stayed-Padmavathi women's PG).There are other branches too). Rooms are okeyish. EB bills charged monthly are minimum 500 even if you have not switched on AC. Good commission from EB bill for the management. Food is okay. Kitchen is not maintained well. I saw cockroaches at times. And when joining, ask them to use the deposit amount as the last month's rent amount because there is no guarantee for your deposit. Not worthy for the money we pay. Here is my story of my stay! I vacated from Pink PG 6 months ago. I stayed in a 3 sharing AC room with restroom shared by 6 people costs 7.5K per month. The room was in first floor and they will lock outside the room every night around 10.30 PM. There was a water purifier in our floor but that won't work. When I inquired, women Sangeetha in the management asked to fill your bottles before they lock your room. We can get drinking water only from Mess. Mess also have closing and opening time. Initially, our floor don't have refrigerator and washing machine. They told to use the refrigerator in ground floor. Fun fact is that Batter,milk and others used for Mess are kept there everyday and shared by ground floor girls too. I have one bitter story about washing machine too. And why I vacated is because they raised the rent to 8.5K with an added refrigerator on our floor. Also, currently there is a huge confusion going on among the management too.

Worst management. Even for drinking water, we have to make nearly 20 calls. Most of the switches (fan/light switches) in the room will be broken. They'll take months to repair it. Everyone among them will point to each other to escape themselves. The person who is managing will say the owner should take responsibility. But the owner will ask you to talk with a managing person. They'll get around EB 1000Rs per month from us, but they'll not pay the EB dept. Hence they'll cut off the power. Please don't get cheated. The Pink Empire is managed by fraud people. Don't trust them. They'll not even pick your calls after getting the payment. Just because it's nearest to DLF, don't get caught in this worst place. I would have given zero stars if I could!!

Didnot return my deposit fully. I tried reaching out but no response from the office or the owner. When I received the deposit after 2 months of leaving the hostel they charged 1.5 k for electricity but I didnot stay in the hostel at all and I have informed them about it prior also. This is the worst pg I've ever stayed. They always charge 1.5 k or above as EB bill every month even if you don't use AC. If you complaint about A/c or geyser not working they take weeks to repair it.

Worst PG. Money minded persons. Utterly unsafe. Working boys stay in the same PG. They haven't informed about this. Even they don't provide any keys for room if you ask for it feeling unsafe. Food worst tasted.

Very worst PG. Pls don't join here. Once u join this pg means u won't get back ur security deposit back at the time of vacating the pg. It's my humble request. So pls don't waste ur money. Only fraud guys are there. Even a single rating is very high for them.

First time came out of house and felt very bad by choosing this PG, no proper cleaning, washrooms are dirty, food is worst, PG deposit when they leave they tell they will give after 10 days but once we call they never pick up the call.worst PG ever seen, staff are rude they see as if we are culprits.

Once you pay the security deposit. You'll never get it back. They won't receive your call or reply to your messages. Worst PG ever. Even the food is very bad. You can find better PGs around Manapakkam in lesser price.

Pros: Very very close to DLF back gate Good rooms with/without AC they clean the room daily have washing machines with an additional cost Food is good when compared to every other hostel in this area, but still can be improved for the money being paid have shops to buy essential things, food, fruits very close by beauty parlour is very close by to it. Good in-house care takers.. safe with security and CCTV. They have a chain of hostels around DLF making them more professional Cons: A bit Costly for the services they provide. The owner's behavior is based on her mood and sometimes the person too. Food menu has never been changed for the past 5 yrs which will be boring if you have a longer stay. Main road is Not easily accessible. Girls working in shift better not to prefer this unless you have cab facilities from office to both pick up and drop. because the DLF back gate will be opened only on particular timings. Only one common TV in some blocks. Only one fridge. Overall, though a bit costly this is one of the best places to live very close to DLF if in general shifts only.
