A very rude and impatient doctor does not listen to concern , does not know the price of her own procedures , i wasted my consultation of 500Rs she does not even deserve 5 Rs , I do not understand being a doctor , first thing you need to have is patience and understand your patient , worst experience ever please do not visit her clinic and waste your consultation fee

Highly recommend pink lotus skin clinic for any type of skin issues. Dr sandhya garu is an excellent doctor. Very patient in explaining the issue. She only recommends what is required not more than that.
I visited Pink Lotus clinic for severe acne and underwent few sessions of laser. In my experience. Pros 1. Doctor explains the issues well. 2. Suggests multiple options of treatement ( long term/ short term) in different cost margins. 3. I didn't see any drastic improvement after 4 laser sessions but I had realistic expectations from the treatment . Laser treatment controlled active acne which was my main goal of the treatment. Cons 1. Be prepared to wait for min 30-40 minutes. Even though you go by the time they give you there is always a wait time. Hospital is not crowded. Doctor most probably starts from her place after patient arrives. 2. Doctor has limitations to accomdate patients time constraints & availability for treatment/ sessions..if you have lot free time and willing to get done as per doctor's convenience ,then you can opt for this clinic. I personally didn't liked it. In my last session, doctor just left after procedure without further guidance on next steps which was a very bad experience. If you are paying 25k overall to get this kind of treatment is just a big NO. 3. Reception service can improve. If a slot doesn't work for you no matter how many times u ask on the next date of doctor availablity they are not aware and don't give clear information. So you will end up with multiple follow ups.

It's an amazing experience and the doctor is excellent.
Treatment was good and the way she explains was also good. But speaking to patients can be better. Suggest not to accept appointment if doc is in rush and complete the process in hurry. That saves alot of time for both.
