Pink House Hotel & Restaurant. - Hotel in Puri - Puri, India

This was my second visit. Previously I liked it very much because of the amazing food and prompt service. But this time they did not meet my expectations. Food was not great but acceptable. Service was not professional. They kept us waiting and forgot about serving us. After 45 mins i had to scream to get my order delivered. They served a bigger table first although they arrived later than us. There were flies everywhere. It was a bad experience for me and my wife. Only saving grace was a stray cat which roamed freely around us for some entertainment. Go at your own risk.

Beware of some staff.... especially those in the night...(Nanda how are you ...fool) It's a good place ...with great location... basically on the beach ...they have a guarded private sand dune which is not very clean ....front beach is also very dirty compared to even swargadar beach. Always go for AC rooms ... because non AC rooms are practically non-livable in summer months.... only AC rooms has sea view from room. Talk directly to the owner if you want exact price.... because the manager is way too over smart for his little age. I am not saying he is not friendly... actually he is but...he wants to get rich quickly. You can drink alcohol outside ....no issues but don't disturb others and you can even drink on their front restaurant shakes but it also depends on who you are ....they treat people selectively there. One positive thing their food is indeed very good....and price is reasonable.....i would suggest you to pay online with GST ...if you can. Only then you can get the actual bill with GST number.... otherwise if you pay with cash you will save money but ....I have doubts how much of it ends up in owner's pocket. Another good thing rooms and bathrooms were very clean and tidy , towels, bedsheets, curtains were also clean .... their aqua guard water was also clean and drinkable...no issues. ..tap water is also fine.

As usual the food is very good...usually make it a point to visit here when in Puri...must have been the 15th time and see this place slowly evolve.....this time it was breakfast at Pink House and loved it. They have added four new rooms with AC and the view of the sea is outstanding from the new rooms...seriously thinking of going back soon and stay there. It is the only hotel which is on the beach literally...having dinner sitting in one of the shacks within the property with the sound of the waves gets one going. Overall, a very nice experience and would keep going back....

Very Calm place. Easy access to beach from the Hotel. Everything was perfect food was tasty.

The best location on Puri for some Beer and Sea food. We didn't stay there, so we can't talk about the rooms. The service was very good

My parents stayed here from 24th May- 28th May. The rooms have great views, especially room no 201. The staffs are very polite, yet efficient. The restaurant has a wide ranging menu at a reseaonable price. My parents are extremely satisfied with the service, provided by the hotel.

We went there for dinner. The service is very bad. We ordered Paratha but while servicing after almost 40 minutes we were told that Paratha will be served late. When we insisted, we were told that atta is not there. We were upset and insisted that Paratha is to be served whatever be the reason. In that case our order should have been prioritised but Paratha was served after another 30 minutes while rotis were getting served in all the tables made of atta. Serice must improve to remain with a rating of 4.0 gathered over the years. Also the manager, Pradipji, was is too linient towards the incident. However while invoicing they ommitted the paratha. On noticing that we insisted and paid for all the Parathas that we have ordered.

I will just finish in one word. If you want to get the best taste ( maily seafood) in puri, just come to pink house restaurant. The rooms are good, with adequate space and their main attraction is the view.. I believe very few hotels in puri, offer this kind of sea view.. You will just drop your feet on beach from your hotel room.. And they are offering all these in extremely affordable price. And service is also very good... The manager and other staffs are very efficient.
