This is my very first experience in gym. I was very nervous about it, but this gym made me very comfortable. The way they teach is very understandable and friendly. I feel so light in my body and this this gym helping me for it. I feel so energetic after each day of gym. All trainers are so friendly and helps us to reach our goal . Especially I wanna thank trainer Hemalatha , she is very friendly and helps me to do all the workouts. I feel so comfortable with her . And I feel so happy joining this Gym.

A special thanks to Trainer Swathi, she is so dedicated person and guides me very well to achieve my fitness goal. Hi,This is my first experience with pink fitness class.I feel very comfortable since it is a ladies gym.All the trainers , physiotherapist ( Hemalatha) & dietitian are good and friendly. I hope I will lose my weight very soon with the help of this trainers.They are explaining multiple times if we ask more than 1000 times also they understand our problems and motivate me to do work outs. Gym was very neat and clean.Thanks to her personally.

Avadi pink women's fitness center is comfortable for womens the infrastructure was awesome and the trainers are very sweet and kind person. especially Kavitha and Maria both trainers are training me for very kind.and I'm joining for weight gain now 5 th day my weight is 1 kg gain thank you so much for my sweet trainers

Good service with friendly staff and comfortable gym for every ladies. They encourage us by conducting weekly group class and weekly fun day.. It motivate us to visit the gym on regular basis..
