Very bad experience today. First time visited here for laser operation. Very Poor services. No care for patients. Dialetion of eye not started even after 15 mins. Doctor not available even after scheduled appointment. Staff very rude. Payment modes are also very disappointing. Charged 2% extra on card payment in this competitive digital age. Every bar code scan for upi is not available

Very bad experience with this clinic. I visited there with an appointment I still have to wait for a long time The behaviour of the staff was not good. As the charges they are taking from patients are not regnable as per their facilities. It's a small clinic with unprofessional staff. If we are paying for a good service we have lots of options like ASG HOSPITAL, AANAND EYE HOSPITAL, Calgary eye HOSPITAL, Sankara eye Hospital and many more and even the charges of other hospitals are very regnable and facilities they are providing that this clinic never provides. This is my personal experience that I have seen all the hospitals that I have visited and I am happy with all these hospital facilities. Highly not recommending this clinic.
Worst clinic Even there is no GST REGISTRATION And any kind of other registration The clinic is running only on the approaches by different different hospitals I will never recommend this hospital. Very unprofessional clinic staff. We booked an appointment before 7 days as per recommendation from our baby's doctor. As my baby is premature so our Dr. Suggest us for the ROP from here. We just come only on the recommendation. And when we reached there after waiting three hours there was no response. And my baby is crying continuously for feeding. I told the staff about the feeding room. But there is no facility for any feeding room and they told us if you have any kind of problem you can go to any other hospital where these facilities are available. It was unbelievable how they responded. And when we asked for bills they also refused. And even the Doctor Abhishek is not also a professional Dr as I can see that's why he responded to this review. That means there was an incident that happened that's proved now. Please don't go there.
Perfect center to treat all your eye problems, qualified efficient, well behaved, alert staff to take care of you. I wish all the very best to all.

Excellent Doctor and very supportive staff. Recently I have visited at Hospital due to damage in Retina of my father Mr. Pawan kumar Sahal, age 66, vision was almost near to lost. Other doctors have refused for surgery and advised me for taking the treatment in Aiims But Dr. Abhishek kothari ji operted the surgery very efficiently and resulted now Vision is very clear.
