Worst Stay place ever..location was good but the property is a pure waste..all your hard earned money is a total waste spent here..the owner is very rude and he never says yes to anything we ask...the caretakers first word from mouth is NO only..nothing is available and they wont even make arrangements for that to happen...the place looks like it was closed for a long time and is fully stinking and full of insects all over the house...there is no mirror , cupboard,no water facility properly..even water is not complimentary here... barbeque quantity is very less and they wont give mayonnaise and mint chutney nothing...overall a total waste of money and spoiled our entire day...highly i don't recommend this place for anyone..

Good home stay with plenty of minus points. There is no cupboards in rooms. There is no provision of inverter connection in case of power failure. We can stay here with affordable rate. Limitted parking area. Food served here was average quality.

Very poor cancellation and refund policy. We had to cancel our stay at this location and owner refused to refund our advance. We had to cancel our stay as one among us had covid like symptoms. The owner also refused to move the dates. Absolutely poor. I have doubts about the accommodation and services due to the attitude of the owner. The host did not offer to reschedule the date.

Brilliant place to chill out and relax. Be it with your family, your dear ones or even with friends - located at one among the most lonely and picturesque hills around Vagamon, this is a place worth a visit. I have been at this place recently and what you can expect is a very clean and well maintained cottage/house with two bed rooms which can easily accommodate around 5 people. The facility includes a private cottage small garden overlooking the mountains and a stream and the best part is that it is given to a single exclusive group at a time. We reached the place late in the evening and the night was misty and foggy - and was perfect for barbecue!! You sleep listening to the tune of a nearby mountain stream and wake up to the mesmerizing view of sun rise from the room balconies which would take your breath away. The afternoon is cool and breezy and one can be best indulge in his favorite novel by the shade of mango tree in the garden overlooking the moving clouds and mountains. You may go for a lazy stroll around the place during the evening and just get lost in the mesmerizing beauty of sun set. The facilities include an in-house kitchen and i suggest to ask for a barbecue at night and cook at the garden all by yourself. Service is decent and quality of food is reasonable. Charm of this place will rejuvenate your mind and you can be rest assured for your heart wanting to get back to this place again. I have not been to many places as graced by the charm of nature as this one and would strongly suggest any person visiting the high ranges of Kerala to pay a visit.

Booked the home stay by directly contacting the owner and booking was completed easily by paying an advance. Suitable for family. Homely food was provided. House was clean. Location wise also it's close to the meadows. Barbecue was excellent. Would definitely recommend . One suggestion would be to have some cupboards in the bedrooms to keep the dress and also keep a side table.

The homestay was great. Scenic views, clean and well-maintained apartment. We were 7 of us and the place was perfect for us. The caretaker of the place is warm and helpful. He patiently helped us with all our needs and was available on call instantly. The roads leading to the place are narrow. Drive carefully.

Stayed at Pineview homestay from 5.5.18 to 8.5.18. It was a pleasant experience. The property was spacious, modern and tidy. The linen were clean. The caretaker Mr. Manikuttan was ver courteous and prompt in his service. The food was not extraordinary, but homely, hygienic and tasty. The location of the property is a big plus. The house has 3 balconies and the view is beautiful. It was misty in the evenings and mornings..An exotic experience. It rained in the evenings and night... It was bit humid...But the air was light and cool. Mr Nibu Varghese was very courteous and committed. From booking till the time we were dropped back at the Cochin airport, he followed up and was constantly enquiring if we were comfortable. On the whole it was a pleasant holiday..
