While I appreciate your apology, I must emphasize the severity of the issues encountered during my visit. I have photos that I can share further that shows the state of the rooms. The challenges I faced were not only disappointing but also unacceptable for a hospitality establishment of your repute. To ensure such instances do not recur for other guests, I strongly urge you to take immediate and strict action against the manager responsible for the lapses in service. Furthermore, considering the inconveniences and discomfort experienced, I believe it is fair to request a refund for the shortcomings during my stay. I trust that you understand the gravity of the situation and will take proactive steps to address these concerns effectively. I genuinely want to believe in the quality of service Pine Tree Boutique Hotel can provide and sincerely hope that you will rectify these issues promptly. As we traveled tired from Dubai we had a very bad experience in Pine Tree Dirty bathroom with rusted tape , Dirty bathroom mat , very bad spring mattress, one of the receptionist bad attitude. Old dirty lift . Dirty bathroom towel , no amenities provided like soap , toilet roll etc. I had noticed the room boys don't change the bed cover or blankets for the new customers . No range for WiFi. Door handles are not easy to open . No water heater . Just a coil was provided. Very bad experience. Only positive is it's rate which I stayed in delux room 303 ,unfortunately I paid for two days in advance without reading the reviews. As said by others in the review it's a low class lodge . This will not be heard by the management . They will ignore . Please find the quoted message from Hasan "sir only fue guest only complaint but other guest are very happy with our service . if guest paying 1800 but they expating 5star hotel service how we can give 5 star hotel service .if they want 5 star hotel service they have to go 5 star hotel right sir" "what budget hotel facility that we providing properly sir if some one want 5 star hotel aminites they have to go 5star hotel" .

We had very bad experience in the hotel. Rooms were very filthy and the guy in the reception was so arrogant. In the website it was mentioned as hot water facility. Yes they do have hot water facility with a heater. Surprised to see a hotel with a single heater to the entire hotel. Had very unpleasant stay with an infant

**"Unpleasant Stay - Avoid at All Costs"** We regretfully stayed at this hotel for a visa interview as it was close to the embassy. But I was appalled by the condition of the hotel. The rooms were filthy upon arrival, with roaches scurrying around, making it impossible to feel comfortable or relaxed. The manager, was shockingly rude and unhelpful when I raised these concerns. His dismissive attitude only added to the disappointment of an already unpleasant stay. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for accommodation.

It was a really pleasant stay in Pine Tree Boutique Hotel. Mr. Hasan helped us with all the required things and his hospitality is really good. Room was decent with good furniture. Room service was also very great and helpful. Its location is also good around 1.5 km near to Apollo Hospital.

Substandard old hotel (unlike what you see from outside) with dusty rooms and rusted windows. Bathroom was not kept well and no tissue paper was provided. They didn not provide me bath towles till 9.30 pm and argued with the me for their irresponsibility. Ill mannered receptionist and overall I had a bad experience with this hotel. Dont recommend to anyone who look for a pleasant overnight stay..!!!!

I came from 2000kms away to Chennai and luckily booked this room. Everything here was much soothing. Actual plan was just to stay 2 days, but ended up staying 4 days in here. Had a great experience. Thankyou Mr. Hasan for your hospitality.

The room was quite good but..we had a very bad experience in parking our car. 1 hatchback doesn't fits in that space even if we park diagonally. But while booking i can see it has parking facility. l was disappointed as the road is very narrow and its dangerous to park outside the hotel. If you have a car please don't go for this hotel
