Pine Tree Beach Shack - Goan restaurant in Calangute - North Goa, India

5 star for food, service, atmosphere! It's rare to get a 5 star rating for all three but that's what it is! Candle light dinner with melodious sea waves sound, excellent food and even excellent & prompt service is what makes this Candolim beach side restaurant a must visit. Serene atmosphere! A little struggle to park your car as parking is a bit tight, nonetheless it doesn't matter at all. A must visit every time you are in North Goa. Must try Red Snapper & Chonak. Special mention to the server for his excellent service and the owner of the shack who helped in finding the car owner who had blocked the way-out right in the middle of the night.

Easy Vibe and nothing fancy. If you are looking for a lazy day and sundowner, this is a great shack. Service is very polite and very reasonable price. Surprisingly good food unexpectedly for a beach shack. Must try for an easy beach day.

Like any other shack with an amazing sea view, had ordered king fish - the oil seemed used Like a thousand times before, almost made me sick for the rest of the day. You can avoid eating here.

A quite and a great place on the beach if you want to avoid the crowd and noise. The food served was quick and tasted good, our group enjoyed the afternoon and stay backed for dinner too. The servers were friendly, flexible and they accommodated our needs - service was good too! The place offers clean toilet and shower. And nail biting cricket between India and Pakistan complimented our overall experience here.

Quaint little place on the Calangute beach - the place is spacious and like most beach shacks in this area has a stunning view. The premises are maintained clean and everything looked spic and span. We were there for breakfast and the place was almost entirely for us. We ordered some omelette - choice of egg preparations were available. My friend ordered a cheese omelette and me a masala omelette. It comes with toast and butter. Simple stuff but good stuff, don't expect top end presentations etc. The food was good. The coffee we ordered was surprisingly good, for my experience in Goa during previous visits was that coffee used to be not so great. All in all a good place to be, especially for a decent breakfast.

I visited this beach shack today. I had my juices and some snacks. English breakfast is my favourite thing to eat here and fresh juices too. it's exactly at the beach you can see the beautiful sunset while having your drinks and stuff. Staff is good too. I felt warm welcoming vibe every time I visit this beach shack. Owner of place Savio is running this beach shack since the year 1990. If you are in Calangute area you should try once you will truly like the food, music and the beautiful view.

This is a really cool shack right next to the beach for a nice chill out with booze and good food. The owners and the servers here are pretty chill and let us sit out post our dinner too. The LIIT here was really nice as well, totally worth the money. The food was tasty and the peri peri french fries were amazing too.

Randomly went to this beach shack and had an English breakfast (my favourite) and it was so loaded. Best English breakfast so far. And a cold coffee. Very reasonably priced. Friendly staff. The best part is the view of the sea. Great experience.
