Excellent tour operator. I really appreciate Mr. Manoj for his tour guidance. We had a two-day trip to Valparai, Topslip,and Parambikulam. Overall, it was a comfortable and satisfied trip.

The planning of trip is good.the cab also very clean and neat.we took the vehicle three days to Valparai,topslip and parambikulam. Traiff is similar cheap when compare other cab service. Manoj is a nice kind person and he knowledge about the valparai .

Pls don't lie. Pls accept ur mistakes and have the habit of accepting customers review which will help u in service better. Don't just defend by putting fake reply you have not shown tiger valley, hornbill view point, mist point and Aliyar dam. He got money in advance by telling fake reasons and after getting money he purposefully delays the time and reduces the no of venue and we again confirm that he purposefully didn't informed us clearly about the opening and closing timings of the venue. He purposefully delays time by getting us into his relative hotel and wasting our time by serving the food to others and talking to the hotel members for hour. He don't even care for us and we made him to forcefully come out of the hotel. After rain came he planned to reduce the venues and acted as if he cares for us. After finishing lunch he went to collect payment from other customers and made us to wait for more than 15 mins in rain and we got frustrated. We again condemn him to avoid phone calls during driving time of the customers which is irritating and awful. He also promised to return balance money back but after 2 days he deliberately avoided our calls and told amount was tallied and cannot be returned. Manoj sir pls realise you are being paid by us and we are at an executive level in society not your servant. If u satisfy customers they will give u additional tip and dont ruin customers journey. Pls don't repeat this mistakes and accept customer reviews. Previously we gave u 3 star actually u deserve only 1 star.

Trip for three days were amazing and comfortable with mr.manoj sir. Our friend introduced pigeon tours and travels in Pollachi for sightseeing but they arranged the whole trip we also comfort with affordable price, Rooms,taxi,food everything was perfect I am surely prefer travels in Pollachi to Manoj sir

Manoj is only person in Travels. He is polite but costly comparing to other travels. The trip was good. Avoid Athirampally falls. The road is too bad and not allowed to enjoy the Falls by forest department.
