Company is very good but the employees here are very illiterate , specially engine plant shop floor mostly they higher locals due to some politics . I was working there in shop floor . They highered me as a GAT but they don't know what task should be assigned to GAT. Mostly managers are ITI holders they will give orders to B.Tec graduates. They lack in management. As a female , I will recommend not join here. Join only if they are giving you pune office location not baramati.
Company have very good and quality product range. But looking at present management policy at plant level, only managers are placed at top level who doesn't have any leadership skills. Corporate and highest offices are good in decision making but support as a leader from plant level is missing. All employees are not able to come out with new potential ideas to improve the ebit due to lack of freedom to express. Fear due to lot many watch dogs/informers are spread at plant which is waste of money. HR and top office should deeply look into and dig out such wastages and think about plant leadership quality.
