Gym has renovated recently and upgraded. Both coaches are good and their guidance is best. Fees is average. The gym is not crowded. You can workout freely. It is a well maintained gym. Had a great experience with everyone over there.

One of the best gyms in Mangalore city with a commitment to training and getting healthy individuals. Furthermore, it has a separate aerobic room, which I haven't seen in many other gyms, which makes it unique. I trained here since 2014 and worked out until late 2021, so I didn't feel like switching gyms. I couldn't visit since I was out of town, but I'm sure once I get back I'll go and do my workout.
Good gym with all major equipments and facilities, trainers are very helpful to beginners and always present.
Overall a good gym for a affordable price .would suggest to join this gym if you wanna go for long term.
