A fabulous experience by enrolling myself here. Thanks to all the trainers who had supported me constantly throughout the training session. Everyone is given equal care by trainers for their form and safety.
Well equipped AC gym with all the modern facilities and probably the best in the area.

Pros: Resistant Training, Cardio, Functional training, AC, decent crowd, Trainer support, Ample space, Well equipped, Rest Rooms, Economic in the area
Cons: 1st floor(But that ensures a bit of warm up before hitting the gym floor)
Did work out in many gyms but this is my favorite !! Mangesh sir himself is best but also have a good team of trainer !! You'll find the gym always clean and has good music which makes work out more fun.

Good gym and rates are reasonable... Im here from 2021..the workout routine is best for all over body for building muscle mass.. Sairaj sir and mahesh sir are very supportive and knowledgeable... Higly recommended.

Shikha ma'am is an amazing teacher and a wonderful person. I had no training in yoga at all , but with regular practice at Shikha ma'am's classes , I am even able to do some advanced yoga postures. My flexibility and strength has improved many fold.
