Good place to workout. It has enough space to get fresh. Separate wash rooms and cloak rooms for Men and Women. For Zumba a dedicated floor and instructor. Timing is 5 AM to 10.30 PM.

I love Physique !!! I have been coming here for 6 months. I'm motivated and excited to come here everyday. There are lots of variety in strength and cardio exercises. My trainer Sanu is always positive and fun to train with. It's an extremely supportive atmosphere that provides laughs plus the much needed Fitness !!! It's changed my life....it's my happy place and I'm so thankful to everyone here...it's like a family & a 2nd home for me keep doing the good work
