Doctors(SK Dwivedi Sir and his sons) are courteous, friendly and easy to talk with. Staff members are not professional. Zero star for cleaning, and so many mosquitoes. It was a realy very bad experience.

Although it is a multispeciality hospital with all facilities but one thing which lessesn it's stars is the behaviour of male staff. They are very rude. They don't even see whom they are talking with. They don't care whether they are talking with male or female, their tone is always rude and unprofessional.

This hospital is situated in Jhunsi, Prayagraj, meant for rural folks who are not aware of their rights as a patient. You will not find a single staff in uniform here. It makes difficult to find the right person for any help. It seems that no staff has got any formal education or training about medicine. The toilets are dirty and you can see a chair cut out round in place of comod. Usually you will not be told rates for services while admission but shall be charged arbitrary at discharge. First time I saw an HDU running in a 18x28 room admitted eight patient. When a person is in trouble, they take advantage of...

Don't go there there with high expectations for any service. The medical staff thinks they are supreme! I searched the ward boy for atleast half an hour to get dressed! Lol.
