I've been very pleased with my experience at PhysioRehab Clinic. Dr Anjana was committed to finding solutions specific to my situation. She spoke with my Doctor and developed customized exercises, monitored each session and modified the exercises regularly. Riddhisha was an excellent therapist, she was focused on getting my form right for each movement and made notes and videos with instructions so that I can continue the practice at home too. I was diagnosed with a meniscus root tear which is an extremely painful knee injury. Even walking one step was so painful it brought tears involuntarily. I was wearing a hinged knee brace and taking painkillers thrice daily when I started Physiotherapy under the advice of Dr Kuwelker, Orthopedic surgeon. Went to Physio rehab and had my 1st consult with Dr Anjana Laungani and started Physiotherapy thrice a week with exercises also given to do at home. Every week, Dr Laungani herself checked my progress. In a months time, my Orthopedic consultant declared me 65-70% improved. I continued with the Physiotherapy shifting to using Core Align and Wunda Chair and other resistance training. Exercises taught earlier I was asked to do at home. I am now walking without pain, not wearing a brace and off all painkillers; which is such a great relief. So grateful to Dr Anjana Laungani and the team at PhysioRehab. Especially physiotherapists Prajakta and Sanjukta. The centre is spacious, clean and professionally run. Strongly recommended

Awesome people and awesome results! Dr.Anjana does a wonderful consultation, makes it a point to assess and start a good exercise program for your problems. Dr.Alpana who then continued with me, knew exactly how and when to get the right work done.She listened to my issues, as and when I realized them on the physio journey and utilized every minute of the session to help me strengthen. The best part is..they don't disregard your issues..but understand and work on them. The Pilates-reformer at Physiorehab Bandra was a great help, too ! Physio Rehab is the Go To place to go for all muscle pains and injuries and they really take personal care and coordinate with our doctors and monitor our progress. I feel I am in safe hands and feel at home. The trainers are also good and I need to make a special mention of Alpana and Hasan who went out of their way to ensure my recovery, besides Dr Anjana ofcourse!

I am pleased to provide my feedback on the physio sessions I took at Physio Rehab after my shoulder dislocation surgery. From the very first session it was evident that the instructors were experienced and passionate about helping patients recover from their injuries. What I appreciated the most was that the course was tailored to my specific needs and recovery goals. I would like to call out the efforts of Dr.Aditya and Dr.Minal from Bandra (W) branch for constantly making me do my exercises regularly and with correct form.They were highly professional and knowledgeable in their work. Highly recommended physiotherapy. I had muscular issues in the shoulder, neck and abdomen which got resolved through weekly sessions in less than a month. Dheeraj from PhysioRehab did a great job.

I started going to Physio Rehab for the pain in my left shoulder and hand. The pain was acute. Initially Dr Hasan saw me and handed my case over to Dr Tejasvi. What I liked more about the doctors here was the fact that they made me comfortable, they spoke to me clearly about my issue giving me clear idea of what I am facing and assured me that I can be well if I co-operate. If the pain was persistent, Dr Tejasvi was persistent too, to find out how she can give me relief and then give me the maintenance exercises so that I don't depend on the pain relieving therapies but I make my muscles strong to sustain in future. Today I am healed by the grace of God and am doing well with my left hand..Hats off to the dedication of Dr Anjana and her team. Not to forget the staff at the reception and the other staff. I am associated with Rehab for last 13 yrs. I have benefitted tremendously after each course of treatment. At present Dr. Tejasvi comes home to give therapy.
