I have associated with this gym for almost 6 months. The place is well maintained, they have very professional trainers, the attitude of all the staffs are very positive. Good place to opt for.
I have joined this gym but the gym has many defects which they dont talk about while taking admission.All the machines are either not working properly or broken.And if you complain they will say others are not complaining so why are you complaining .very bad experience

I have joined this gym 2 weeks back, and I see immense efforts are put into my training hours by the trainers. They make sure we have a proper workout chart, they also take measurements of our weight and BMI on first month. Even if you don't take personal training, still you are not neglected here , unlike most other gyms.they motivate you to complete each rep.They also give you a diet if you ask for it. I am very happy with the efforts they put in here for all the people coming in this gym and I can see changes in myself too.
The machines are not at a good state all are for show.You will not be informed about all this before asmission and will be adjust with all this once you've taken admission.I would suggest not to take admission in this gym.

Great place to workout with great ambience . Trainers are not that minded and they guide general members as observed too. I haven't seen this in another Gym as they will not guide you unless you are under PT. I would suggest taking personal trainers
