I wanted to share my experience with Personal Trainer Swarnali Ghosh. After having surgery in January and being on complete rest and a carbohydrate-high diet, I lost all my strength and gained a lot of fat. However, with Swarnali's guidance, I was able to regain my strength and get back in shape in just two months. She helped me with everything from my workout to my diet, and approached my fitness goals with care and competency. She even accommodated my hectic schedule every week. Thank you, Swarnali! I still have a ways to go, but I'm grateful for the progress I've made so far. I've been a member of Physiomax for a year and a half now, and I have to say that it's one of the best gyms on this side of the city. While there's always room for improvement, my experience has been incredible and seamless. Hats off to the management and all the staff who make it such a great place to work out.

I have taken 3 months PT from Swarnali Ghosh & have seen significant changes in my body. Really enjoyed training with her. She is very helpful and friendly in nature. The diet plan really helps me to gain weight and strength.

This gym really consists of good and helpful equipments which genuinely helps you to focus on your overall body parts and to train each and every muscles of yours, trainers and really good and cooperative and have a good knowledge and idea regarding body building and fitness especially bony da and sanju da, and especially the receptionist, Priyanka di having a really humble and a good behaviour really co-operates a lot and try to help everyone.

Writing this after 6 months of experience here. Firstly the Trainers here are highly professionally enough to guide you through your entire workout journey. Special mention to Bony bhaiya for being duly humble and approachable all the time with his exceptional knowledge of body anatomy and outstanding diet regime. Besides, others trainers namely Sanju Bhaiya are always eager to help you whenever asked for. These highly-qualified trainers are all eyes to the training phase of the gym members. In overall, this is the Best, extensively spacious and well-equipped GYM in Dum Dum.

I have been working out in Physiomax Dum Dum branch for half a year now and it's been a wonderful experience as the trainers are pretty intellectual and friendly. This is also the biggest gym in our locality with modern equipments.

This is one of the best one.The trainers are super friendly.And the environment is super cool as it attract me all morning.Its been 5months and it help me to reduce 5kgs . Thanks Physiomax....Also Thank you all of the trainer
